•Text-Only Booking: All appointments are booked through live text correspondence.

•Polite reminder for Care Takers

If a minor becomes disruptive—including excessive crying, loud behavior, running, or behavior that cannot be reasonably managed by the accompanying adult—adult is recommended to make arrangements to accommodate minor (picked up or leave with adult) until they are able to return calmly and safely.

Remain with their accompanying adult at all times
Refrain from running or roaming throughout the salon
Use quiet, respectful voices
Keep salon spaces clean and free of unnecessary messes
Respect salon furnishings, equipment, professionals, and other guests

•Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will require 50% of the cost of the service fee deposit to secure a future booking. Cancellations & No-Shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will require 100% of the cost of the service fee deposit to secure a future booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will not be applied toward the service total.

•Complimentary Adjustments: If any adjustments are needed, we offer a three-business-day complimentary touch-up to ensure your satisfaction.

•No Refunds for services rendered

•All deposits are non-refundable

At L U X SALON we understand that life moves fast & so do your beauty needs. Our on-call option is designed to offer flexibility for guests seeking same-day services while respecting the artistry and time of our professionals. Often, our professionals are intentionally booked with longer, high-touch services later in the day to provide a customized, curated experience.

•Curated Availability – Our professionals are prepared to accommodate on-call guests with the same attention to detail as a booked appointment, when timing allows.

•Priority Experience – On-call access is a reflection of our commitment to creating an stress-free, client-first environment where luxury meets lifestyle.

An On-Call Appointment is a same-day service option offered as a courtesy for guests seeking availability without a pre booked appointment. To request this service, clients must text the salon and or professional as early as possible. Once confirmed, an “On-Call Appointment” text from the professional with be sent 30-60 minutes prior to arrival. Be ready for TEXT.
